These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Finishsign's Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Finishsign's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of California, USA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

You and a third party can use the Finishsign Electronic Signature Service to sign a document using an electronic signature, instead of a wet ink signature. In order to electronically sign a document, you will be required to type your full name and also may optionally draw a signature image. Both the typed and drawn signature information will be sent to the service when you complete the document. Some documents may require you or may allow you to provide additional information as part of the process of completing the document, and this additional information will also be sent to the service when you complete the document. When you complete the document, your web browser's IP Address and User Agent information will also be collected by the service. After you complete the document, the service will obtain and record the official timestamp for the transaction. Then the service will create a final version of the document which includes the original document with the signature information and the additional information from the document applied to the document, and an audit trail page which includes the official timestamp for the transaction. The final version of the document will be sent to the email address provided for you, and the email will also include a URL provided for secure access to the final version of the document. If the document was originally provided to Finishsign by a third party, then the third party provided your email address to Finishsign.

By using this service, you hereby agree:

1. To execute transactions with third parties electronically using Finishsign Electronic Signature Service, in lieu of paper documents and wet ink signatures;
2. Not to electronically sign the document before reading the document;
3. Not to electronically sign the document if you do not agree to the document;
4. That the timestamp obtained and recorded by the Finishsign servers will be the official timestamp for all transactions;
5. To allow Finishsign to collect, store, and email to both you and the third party all of the following information:
   1. your full name;
   2. the image of your drawn signature;
   3. any additional information provided by you while completing the document;
   4. your web browser's IP Address and User Agent information;
   5. your email address;
   6. the final document;
6. That verification of the all of the following is your sole responsibility, and not the responsibility of Finishsign:
   1. the authority and/or identity of all signatories of all documents;
   2. the correctness, completeness, or enforcability of all documents;
   3. the correctness of all email addresses provided to Finishsign as your email addresses;
7. To protect and keep private any Finishsign URLs provided to you for secure access to documents;
8. To indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finishsign and each of its respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, or any of them from all claims, suits, legal actions, assessments, deficiencies, and charges brought against the Finishsign, and for any costs, fees, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and associated attorney fees arising from or incidental to the aforementioned.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Finishsign's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Finishsign's privacy policy.
